Intoart launches a brand new and exciting programme ‘Design by Intoart’.
Design by Intoart’s dedicated design studio, run inclusively by people with learning disabilities and autism, is the first of its kind in the global design industry. The studio will develop products, graphic design and illustration, set up collaborations with established designers and run an excitingprogramme of public events including partnerships with museums, cultural and independent spaces, pop up’s and design fairs. Over the next four years the programme of activity will develop the wide range of talent from the Design by Intoart studio.
Design by Intoart showcases its first range of products at our pop-upexhibition Intoart Annual 2016 on Percy Street, central London, from 21-25 June. The range includes: ceramics, artist-designed fabrics, cushions, enamel pins, notebooks, pouches and totes, limited edition riso and linocut prints. All products are made in the UK and are priced from £8 – £100.
